Situated within an intimate four-unit building on a spacious half-acre waterfront property, guests will enjoy breathtaking lake views, expansive green space for children and dogs to play, and the opportunity to fish or simply relax right outside the door.
Inside, Villa del Sol will feature a bright, open-concept living space thoughtfully designed in the signature Luxury Villas by the Sea style. Large sliding glass doors span the rear of the home, filling the living room, dining area, and kitchen with natural light while showcasing spectacular views of Silver Lake. Step onto the screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a glass of wine at sunset, or simply take in the peaceful sights and sounds of the surrounding wildlife.

Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Rules
Primary guest must be 30+. Home intended for multi-generational family vacations only. No parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, senior week, or golf outings.
Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time without prior written approval. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Noise complaints from neighbors or local aurhorities may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
House Rules (Strictly Enforced)By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to comply with all House Rules and understands that violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, additional charges, and/or involvement of VRBO Support.
Children: A child is defined as any guest 15 years of age or younger and must be included in the total guest count.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violation will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in removal without refund.
Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved in writing in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and/or additional fees, including deep cleaning charges.
Departure: Prior to checkout, guests must remove all trash and perishables and load and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Minimum Stay: During peak season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay.
Important AcknowledgmentThe primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors. Any violation of House Rules may result in additional fees, forfeiture of rental payments, and/or removal from the property in accordance with VRBO policies.
