Just a 5–7-minute walk to the beach and only a 2-minute stroll to Fifer’s Farm Market, Loblolly Cottage is perfectly situated for creating unforgettable family vacation memories.
Weekly rates begin at $5,995, with a three-night minimum stay. Prices quoted are for use of the cottage without access to the private pool or pool cabana. The cottage may also be rented with full access to the 12-by-30-foot in-ground swimming pool and pool cabana for $9,500 per week, with a three-night minimum stay.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported to a seaside California cottage where sophistication meets coastal charm. Inside, the open-concept floor plan is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to maximize both comfort and beautiful views of the pool, elaborate gardens, and outdoor BBQ area.
The heart of the home features gorgeous butcher-block countertops with floating shelves, accented by a beautiful European-inspired rustic backsplash. Throughout the cottage, modern white shiplap walls complement stunning oak hardwood floors, while an impressive 15-foot wood-paneled ceiling creates an airy, light-filled living space that feels both spacious and intimate.
The spacious 10-by-25-foot screened front porch serves as a peaceful sanctuary for morning coffee or relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. Complete with a comfortable seating area and dining table for six, it’s the perfect setting for outdoor meals surrounded by the tranquility of this unique neighborhood.
The first floor offers everything needed for effortless vacation living, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and a comfortable living area featuring a 55-inch Smart TV. The first-floor queen bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens through beautiful triple French doors and includes its own 40-inch Smart TV, creating a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun.
The open staircase leads to the second-floor sanctuary. Here, you’ll find a private bedroom with two twin beds plus a fold-out bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The adjoining open loft bedroom overlooks the front gardens and the property’s magnificent mature white crepe myrtle, adding to the cottage’s serene atmosphere. A shared half bathroom conveniently serves the second floor.
Outside, guests will enjoy a large hot-and-cold outdoor shower, beautifully landscaped gardens, and parking for two to three vehicles. Guests who select the pool-access rental option will also enjoy full use of the 12-by-30-foot in-ground swimming pool and pool cabana. Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
All rental payments are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations, government shut downs, etc., except as expressly set forth below. The guest has the option to purchase travel interruption insurance through various vendors. Rental payments may be refunded only if the Landlord or its agent is able to re-rent the accommodations to a third party during the rental term of this agreement, in which case the rental payments may be returned to Guest after receipt of payment from the third party less the sum represented by: (1) a cancellation fee in the amount of 15% of the gross or total rent due under this agreement and (2) the difference between the rental payments received under this agreement and the payment collected from the third party. In the event the Landlord elects to make a partial refund AND the Guest is also collecting a refund from a travel insurance company, the Landlord’s refund will not be greater than the difference between the amount paid by the Guest to Landlord and the amount refunded by the insurer. A Guest must show proof of payment received by the insurance company prior to payment being issued by the Landlord. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to obligate the Landlord to re-rent the accommodations or return any rental payments collected in the event of cancellation by the Guest.

Rules
Primary guest must be 30+. Home intended for multi-generational family vacations only. No parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, senior week, or golf outings.
Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time without prior written approval. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Noise complaints from neighbors or local aurhorities may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
House Rules (Strictly Enforced)By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to comply with all House Rules and understands that violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, additional charges, and/or involvement of VRBO Support.
Children: A child is defined as any guest 15 years of age or younger and must be included in the total guest count.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violation will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in removal without refund.
Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved in writing in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and/or additional fees, including deep cleaning charges.
Departure: Prior to checkout, guests must remove all trash and perishables and load and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Minimum Stay: During peak season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay.
Important AcknowledgmentThe primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors. Any violation of House Rules may result in additional fees, forfeiture of rental payments, and/or removal from the property in accordance with VRBO policies.
