Set on nearly half an acre with 120 feet of prime lakefront, the commanding views are a highlight of the main living and entertainment areas. This tropical haven boasts a 45-foot long Florida room with 10 foot ceilings and walls of glass overlooking the expansive pool area and lake. There’s a 33 x 14 free-form heated pool with attached Jacuzzi spa, stone waterfall, and sun shelf, which is great for little ones! The residence features 4,500 square feet of meticulously finished living space, comprising three distinct living areas and three dining areas, one of which features a custom 11-foot table with seating for 14. The chef’s kitchen, complete with SubZero refrigerator, Viking gas range, double wall ovens, and Bosch dishwasher, features a 12-foot center island with expansive space for meal prep, socializing and informal seating for five. The main living area features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, 10-foot vaulted ceilings and seating for eight. The bedrooms are private and perfectly appointed, allowing for time alone and plenty of space to come together with other guests. Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $2,500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 60 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 21 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
All rental payments are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations, government shut downs, etc., except as expressly set forth below. The guest has the option to purchase travel interruption insurance through various vendors. Rental payments may be refunded only if the Landlord or its agent is able to re-rent the accommodations to a third party during the rental term of this agreement, in which case the rental payments may be returned to Guest after receipt of payment from the third party less the sum represented by: (1) a cancellation fee in the amount of 15% of the gross or total rent due under this agreement and (2) the difference between the rental payments received under this agreement and the payment collected from the third party. In the event the Landlord elects to make a partial refund AND the Guest is also collecting a refund from a travel insurance company, the Landlord’s refund will not be greater than the difference between the amount paid by the Guest to Landlord and the amount refunded by the insurer. A Guest must show proof of payment received by the insurance company prior to payment being issued by the Landlord. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to obligate the Landlord to re-rent the accommodations or return any rental payments collected in the event of cancellation by the Guest.

House Rules (Strictly Enforced)By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to comply with all House Rules and understands that violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, additional charges, and/or involvement of VRBO Support.
Children: A child is defined as any guest 15 years of age or younger and must be included in the total guest count.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (EST). Noise complaints from neighbors or local authorities may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violation will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in removal without refund.
Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved in writing in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and/or additional fees, including deep cleaning charges.
Occupancy: The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed at any time without prior written approval. Exceeding occupancy limits is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
Departure: Prior to checkout, guests must remove all trash and perishables and load and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Use of Property: This home is intended for multi-generational family rentals only. No groups in their 20s or 30s, and no bachelor/bachelorette parties, senior week, parties, or golf outings are permitted. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Minimum Stay: During peak season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay.
Important AcknowledgmentThe primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors. Any violation of House Rules may result in additional fees, forfeiture of rental payments, and/or removal from the property in accordance with VRBO policies.
