Please Note: Guests provide their own linens or may rent them through a local linen service. A starter supply of household essentials is provided; additional items are the guest's responsibility. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Early check-in and late check-out are not available during peak season. For safety, top bunks are intended for children only and are not suitable for adults.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Rules
Primary guest must be 30+. Home intended for multi-generational family vacations only. No parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, senior week, or golf outings.
Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time without prior written approval. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Noise complaints from neighbors or local aurhorities may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
House Rules (Strictly Enforced)By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to comply with all House Rules and understands that violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, additional charges, and/or involvement of VRBO Support.
Children: A child is defined as any guest 15 years of age or younger and must be included in the total guest count.
Smoking & Substances: No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violation will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in removal without refund.
Pets: No pets are permitted unless approved in writing in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and/or additional fees, including deep cleaning charges.
Departure: Prior to checkout, guests must remove all trash and perishables and load and run the dishwasher. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
Minimum Stay: During peak season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay.
Important AcknowledgmentThe primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors. Any violation of House Rules may result in additional fees, forfeiture of rental payments, and/or removal from the property in accordance with VRBO policies.
