Enhance your stay…

Early Check-in

We are pleased to offer an early check-in option during the off-season to help you start your vacation sooner. Please note the following details:

  • Availability: Early check-in is not offered during peak season (June 15 – August 31).
  • Off-Season Check-In Time: Early check-ins are available between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
  • Fee: $100 for early check-ins.

Early check-ins must be arranged in advance and are subject to property availability based on our cleaning and preparation schedule.

If you’re interested in an early check-in during the off-season, please contact us to confirm availability and reserve your spot. We look forward to welcoming you!

Late Check-out

Due to the impact on our cleaning schedule, late check-out requests cannot be accommodated once a renter has already checked in. This option is also only available during the off-season.

If you would like to extend your stay:

  • Stay Until 7 PM: Available for a reduced rate of 50% of the nightly rental fee.
  • Check Out by Noon: Available for a flat fee of $100.

Cleaning Services

Each of our properties require a cleaning fee, which is based on the size of the property.   This fee represents the cleaning for your vacation block so that the property is cleaned and ready for you to enjoy.

For guests staying multiple weeks, we do have a mid-stay cleaning option available.  Please ask for details.

Our services include:

  • Reservations and Bookings: Assistance with securing restaurant reservations, event tickets, or adventure tours.
  • In-Home Amenities: Coordinating private chefs, massage therapists, childcare, or fitness instructors.
  • Emergency Support: Prompt assistance for unexpected needs during your stay.

Damage Protection

As part of your reservation, you may purchase Vacation Rental Damage Protection to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. If purchased, the Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damage that exceeds $3,000 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to the credit card on file. Vacation Rental Damage
Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly Delaware Beach Getaways any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. Please contact Delaware Beach Getaways directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.

trip cancellation insurance

Our cancellation policy doesn’t allow us to issue refunds for the vacation rental if you cancel you cancel your reservation.  The good news is we offer a Guest Protect Travel Insurance Plan with travel assistance services provoded by Generali Global Assistance that can reimburse your unused, non-refundable, prepaid trip costs if you’re forced to cancel for a covered reason.
