New Short Term Rental Tax Effective January 1, 2025

The State of Delaware is imposing a 4.5% new short-term rental tax on a  rental properties effective on January 1, 2025.  Any 2025 lease signed prior to January 1, 2025 are not impacted, so book early to save on the required tax for 2025.
